The guitar remains the most accessible and practical of modern day instruments. Our Teachers are highly skilled not only with the lead and rhythm playing aspects of the instrument, but also the songwriting possibilties that exist with the guitar.

Guitar styles we teach

All out teachers are experienced in both Acoustic and Electric Guitar playing.

• Acoustic Guitar / Beginners

  For the begining player, we introduce the basic chords, rhythms and lead techniques to ensure the best foundations for creativty.

• Electric Guitar / Intermediate

  For players with more experience who wish to develop their skills. We deliver learning in the barre chords, scales / modes and lead improvisation. There is always a strong emphasis on creativity and musical expression.

• Advanced Techniques

  The possibilities with the guitar are nearly endless and even a great player can get stuck. Tuition in the advanced techniques of sweep-picking, tapping and harmomy all are available.

• Examinations and Grades

  We offer Exam Tuition at all levels with the London College of Music, RockSchool and Associated Board of the Royal School of Music.
